We branded a portfolio of buildings in Manhattan purchased by Blackstone into Array, where there’s a rental for everyone. Signage, websites, eblasts, ad spend… we did it all and continue to do so. Driving more renters and value to their newly acquired asset.
A jewel in the heart of Chelsea, we created a brand to stand along with the building at 251 W 17th Street. The Grove is part of the Array portfolio but it was notable enough to stand on its own.
