Located in LIC, The Silverstar boasts a range of modern amenities including furnished roof deck, fitness center, package room, business center, resident lounge, laundry room, smart video intercom, on-site parking, and bike storage room. To promote these amenities and appeal to the target demographic, we developed a comprehensive branding system for the property that emphasized the building's luxurious features.
DAM created a distinctive logo that represents the quality and luxury of building. We also developed the website, marketing floorplans, neighborhood map and building signage, ensuring that every aspect of the brand was cohesive and visually appealing.
